Accessing the Customer center when you have lost your password


If you have lost your access data for the customer panel, please proceed as follows:


1. Open the customer panel via the EUserv homepage or open it directly under support.euserv.de

2. Click on "Lost password?"

3. Then enter your account number or your email address and click on "Send"

You will now receive an email to the email address that is stored in the customer panel. With the new password in the email you are now able to login into the customer panel again.
