General
Within EUServ it is possible to transfer existing contracts to another EUserv customer with all rights and obligations.
Requirements
- Both contract partners must be in possession of an active customer account with EUserv
- Both contract partners may have no outstanding bills and no negative account balance at the time of the transmission
- The takeover contract form must be filled out completely and has to be returned to us.
- Both contract partners must sign on the form
