Payout

General

If you have a remaing amount in your customer account you can request a payout in customer panel to your bank account. For the payout only bank accounts are allowed with which you have transferd an amount to us. Furthermore you cannot have active contracts or new orders in your custmomer account

Request a Payout

To request a payout, please proceed as follows:

1. Log in to customer panel.

2. Please click in the left menu under the section Customer- / Contractdata the menu item Payment Types.

3. If you have already added your bank account proceed with step 5. If not click on Add new Payment Method.

4. Select type Direct debit, enter you bank account data and click on Create.

5. Click on show next to the title Payout. In the row of the desired bank account click on Go to payout confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: If the section Payout is not shown, then you either have no remaing amount in your cutomer account or you still have active contracts or new orders. The button Go to payout confirmation is only shown for bank accounts with which you have transferd an amount to us.

6. Check the payout details again and click on Confirm.

7. Done. The processing of the payout is confirmed in customer panel. Please notice the information regarding the duration of processing.
