Start/Stop a vServer

General

If you have an EUserv vServer plan, there is a possibility to comprehensively establish it in the customer service center.

You also need special parameters that you can find in the customer service center, too.

With the function "Start/Stop", you have the possibility to stop your vServer temporarily or to start again. You can take your vServer "vom Netz", without the data loss or reinstalling is needed. A stop is not possible in the customer service center (after stop via Login restarts vServer to be on the safe mode)

Preparing start/stop

In the EUserv customer service center, you have the possibility to start or stop your vServer.

Choose your vServer contract for which you want to start or stop.

Once you have selected your vServer contract, click on "Start/Stop".

Executing start/stop

If you want to stop your vServer "ausschalten", click on "vServer stoppen".

If you want to start again your vServer "anschalten", click on "vServer starten".

Activating/deactivating the start up

To start up automatically the vServer after a Reinstall, the start up must be activated. The "Autostart" is activated after the first initialization.

If you want to change this status, click on "Autostart deaktivieren".
