In the customer panel you have the possibility to cancel your not yet processed orders.

Cancel Order

To cancel a not yet processed order, please proceed as follows:

1. Log in to customer panel.

2. Please click in the left menu under the section Customer- / Contractdata the menu item Contracts.

3. Then click on the tab for the desired product group. In the column Options click on the gear icon next to the desired contract and then click on Cancel in the dropdown menu.



4. Select a cancellation reason and click on Cancel order now.



5. Done. The cancellation is confirmed in customer panel and via email.
