To see Contract Details

General

If you have a EUserv contract, you have the possibility to view the associated data in EUserv customer center.

For each contract, you can always take a look to all the data. In this part of customer center, it is convenient for you to cancel the contract via online.

See the Contract details

In EUserv customer center, you have the possibility to see your contract details. Choose your contract for which you want to see the details.

Click on the left menu to "Vertrags-Details". Now, you will get to the next page that shows all the data about your contract. The page represents e.g., when your order was placed, and how long your contract is valid and when it may be terminated or extended.

Terminating the Contract

If you decide to cancel a contract, you can conveniently make online through the EUserv customer center. Just click the contract details of terminating the contract, on "Kündigung jetzt durchführen" in order to initiate the termination.

The termination process was successfully started, that effect is immediately displayed in the customer center.

Withdraw the Termination

If you have canceled your contract by mistake, or want to keep your plan yet. You can take back the cancellation to 14 days before the current contract term.

Just click on the button "Kündigung zurücknehmen".

If your termination was successfully stopped, this is displayed immediately in the customer center.
